Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
o Manage operation, health, and security of a Virtual Server environment.
o Research Vulnerability Notices when received and work with affected areas for patch or workaround deployment.
o Assist with management and maintenance of physical datacenter infrastructure.
o Respond to Monitoring System Alerts.
o Manage Users and Groups.
o Provide Users access to requested resources.
o Review Helpdesk Tickets and resolve if possible.
o Route tickets to designated engineers if not able to personally resolve.
o Follow up with users on aged tickets to verify they are still valid requests.
o Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance benchmarking.
o Provide support for issues ranging from single-user issues to system-wide problems.
